How to Enable Push-to-talk in Google Meet – 2 simple steps

Push to talk Google Meet instead of fumbling around trying to mute and unmute

Go to: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/push-to-talk-for-google-m/kkijalhkcfebhahlagllhlpocfehbfok 

Click Add to Chrome to install

Go to Google Meet -> join a meeting -> Hold Spacebar to unmute microphone and start talking

You also can change the hotkey too

Click to Push To Talk For Google Meet Icon . The popup will show, set your custom hotkey
